目的：分析探讨采用动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心律失常的结果。方法：2013年2月-2014年2月收治冠心病患者100例，随机分为试验组和对照组，分别进行动态心电图、常规心电图检查，比较两种方法的诊断结果。结果：试验组的心电图检测阳性率64%，对照组的心电图检测阳性率62%，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；试验组室性期前收缩成对，室性期前收缩二、三联律，房性期前收缩成对，房性期前收缩二、三联律检出率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组的房室传导阻滞、房性早搏早发及室上性早搏早发的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：动态心电图对冠心病患者心律失常的诊断效果明显，值得在临床上推广使用。

목적：분석탐토채용동태심전도여상규심전도진단관심병환자심률실상적결과。방법：2013년2월-2014년2월수치관심병환자100례，수궤분위시험조화대조조，분별진행동태심전도、상규심전도검사，비교량충방법적진단결과。결과：시험조적심전도검측양성솔64%，대조조적심전도검측양성솔62%，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；시험조실성기전수축성대，실성기전수축이、삼련률，방성기전수축성대，방성기전수축이、삼련률검출솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)；량조적방실전도조체、방성조박조발급실상성조박조발적검출솔비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：동태심전도대관심병환자심률실상적진단효과명현，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective:To analyze and explore the result of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in patient with coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patient with coronary heart disease were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.They were respectively given dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram examination.The diagnosis results of two methods were compared.Results:The electrocardiogram test positive rate of the experimental group was 64%;the electrocardiogram test positive rate of the control group was 62% ;the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rates of ventricular premature contraction in pairs,bigeminy and trigeminy of ventricular premature contraction,premature atrial contraction in pairs,bigeminy and trigeminy of premature atrial contraction of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The detection rates of atrioventricular block,atrial premature beat premature and superventricular premature beat premature of two groups were compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in patient with coronary heart disease has obvious effect.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical.
