目的:分析和比较多层螺旋 CT 和常规 CT 诊断颅底骨折,为颅底骨折患者的临床诊断方法的选择提供借鉴。方法:2011年1月-2014年1月收治疑似颅底损伤患者42例,回顾性分析其临床资料,所有患者均采用多层螺旋CT与常规CT进行检测。结果:其中多层螺旋CT方法显示颅底骨折37例,检出率88.09%(37/42);常规CT方法显示颅底骨折23例,检出率54.76%(23/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑外科临床上采用多层螺旋CT诊断颅底骨折具有较高的临床检出率,该方法能显著提高疾病诊断的准确度和灵敏度,对于疾病后续治疗方案的确定具有十分重要的临床意义,因此值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze and compare multi slice spiral CT and conventional CT in the diagnosis of skull base fracture,to provide reference for the selection of clinical diagnosis method for patients with skull base fracture.Methods:42 patients with suspected skull base damage were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were detected by multi slice spiral CT and conventional CT.Results:The multi slice spiral CT method displayed skull base fracture in 37 cases,and the detection rate was 88.09%(37/42).The conventional CT method displayed skull base fracture in 23 cases,the detection rate was 54.76% (23/42).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of skull base fracture on the brain surgery clinical has higher clinical detection rate.This method can significantly increase the accurately and sensitivity of disease diagnosis.It has important clinical significance to determine disease follow-up treatment.So it is worthy of clinical use.
