目的：观察针刀分型治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法：2012年3月-2014年2月收治肱骨外上髁炎患者80例，采用针刀分型治疗，观察疗效。结果：1次治疗后痊愈42例，2次治疗痊愈27例，治愈率87.5%，有效率达100%。结论：针刀分型在肱骨外上髁炎患者中具有松解软组织，减张、减压、松解粘连的作用，有利于重新建立新的血液循环。

목적：관찰침도분형치료굉골외상과염적림상료효。방법：2012년3월-2014년2월수치굉골외상과염환자80례，채용침도분형치료，관찰료효。결과：1차치료후전유42례，2차치료전유27례，치유솔87.5%，유효솔체100%。결론：침도분형재굉골외상과염환자중구유송해연조직，감장、감압、송해점련적작용，유리우중신건립신적혈액순배。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needle knife type in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods:80 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were selected from March 2012 to February 2014.They were given needle knife type treatment.The effects were observed.Results:42 cases were cured after one time treatment,and 27 cases were cured after two times treatment.The cure rate was 87.5%,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:The needle knife type in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis has the effect of releasing soft tissue,reduction,decompression,releasing conglutination,and it helps to build new blood circulation.
