目的：探讨心血管内科护理工作的一些风险性问题以及有针对性的策略。方法：2010年9月-2013年12月收治出现护理风险患者83例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：护理人员因素所导致的护理风险事件50例(60.24%)；因用药不合理所致的护理风险事件13例(15.66%)；因设备因素导致的护理风险事件10例(12.05%)；患者与家属因素10例(12.05%)。结论：根据心血管内科护理工作中所存在的一些风险因素采取有效的措施，提高患者的风险意识以及护理人员的责任感，以降低护理风险的发生率是十分必要的。

목적：탐토심혈관내과호리공작적일사풍험성문제이급유침대성적책략。방법：2010년9월-2013년12월수치출현호리풍험환자83례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：호리인원인소소도치적호리풍험사건50례(60.24%)；인용약불합리소치적호리풍험사건13례(15.66%)；인설비인소도치적호리풍험사건10례(12.05%)；환자여가속인소10례(12.05%)。결론：근거심혈관내과호리공작중소존재적일사풍험인소채취유효적조시，제고환자적풍험의식이급호리인원적책임감，이강저호리풍험적발생솔시십분필요적。
Objective:To explore some risk problems and targeted strategy in the nursing work of vasculocardiology deparment. Methods:83 patients with nursing risk were selected from September 2010 to December 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:50 cases(60.24% ) of nursing risk events were caused by the nursing staff factors.13 cases(15.66%) of nursing risk events were caused by the irrational drug use.10 cases(12.05%) of nursing risk events were caused by equipment factors.9 cases(10.84% ) were patients and families factors.Conclusion:According to some risk problems in the nursing work of vasculocardiology deparment,taking effective measures to improve the patient's risk awareness and responsibility of nurses in order to reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk is very necessary.
