本文主要探讨疾病预防控制系统在生物安全方面的问题。通过近年在基层疾控中心检查中暴露出的问题，进行调查分析，对照《生物安全通用规则》中不符合项所带来的危害进行阐述说明。通过控制人为因素引起的生物安全事件，加强管理，健全生物安全管理体系、加大硬件方面的投入可以有效控制生物安全的风险。

In this paper,the author explored the problem of biological security in the disease prevention and control system. Through the exposed problem in the basic center for disease control and prevention examination in recent years,we have investigation and analysis.Contrasting with the non-conformance term of general ‘general rules of biological safety’,the harm was elaborated and explained.Through the control of human induced biological safety incidents,strengthening management, perfecting biological safety management system,increasing the hardware input can effectively control the biological security risk.
