目的：探讨健康教育在提高冠心病患者自我管理能力中的应用效果。方法：对65例冠心病患者分别从日常生活管理教育、疾病管理教育、情绪管理教育这3个方面进行健康教育，对比教育前后患者的合理膳食、定期运动、药物依从性、定期复查和冠心病相关知识的达成情况。结果：患者在接受教育后5个方面的达成情况均显著优于教育前(P＜0.01)。结论：健康教育可有效提高冠心病患者的自我管理能力，适于在冠心病的防治中广泛应用。

목적：탐토건강교육재제고관심병환자자아관리능력중적응용효과。방법：대65례관심병환자분별종일상생활관리교육、질병관리교육、정서관리교육저3개방면진행건강교육，대비교육전후환자적합리선식、정기운동、약물의종성、정기복사화관심병상관지식적체성정황。결과：환자재접수교육후5개방면적체성정황균현저우우교육전(P＜0.01)。결론：건강교육가유효제고관심병환자적자아관리능력，괄우재관심병적방치중엄범응용。
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in improving the self management ability of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:65 patients with coronary heart disease were given health education separately from the daily life management education,disease management education and emotional management education.The achievements of reasonable diet,regular exercise,medication adherence,periodic review and coronary heart disease related knowledge of patients before and after education were compared.Results:The achievements of five aspects of patients after education were significantly better than those before education(P<0.01).Conclusion:Health education can effectively improve the self management ability of patients with coronary heart disease.It is suitable for wide application in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
