目的：探讨人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床护理经验与效果。方法：2012年7月-2014年7月收治重型肝炎患者30例作为观察组，并选取同期治疗的30例作为参照组。参照组给予常规治疗及护理，观察组给予人工肝血浆置换术治疗与护理，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的总有效率显著高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎，并给予精心的护理，能够取得良好的疗效。

목적：탐토인공간혈장치환치료중형간염적림상호리경험여효과。방법：2012년7월-2014년7월수치중형간염환자30례작위관찰조，병선취동기치료적30례작위삼조조。삼조조급여상규치료급호리，관찰조급여인공간혈장치환술치료여호리，대비량조적치료효과。결과：관찰조적총유효솔현저고우삼조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：인공간혈장치환치료중형간염，병급여정심적호리，능구취득량호적료효。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing experience and effect of artificial liver plasmapheresis treatment in severe hepatitis.Methods:30 patients with severe hepatitis were selected from July 2012 to July 2014 as the observation group.30 cases of treatment at the same time were selected as the reference group.The reference group were given routine treatment and nursing.The observation group were given the treatment and nursing of artificial liver plasmapheresis.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The artificial liver plasmapheresis in the treatment of severe hepatitis and giving careful nursing can achieve good effect.
