目的：评估氟比洛芬酯注射液应用于声带息肉激光显微术后镇痛的有效性及安全性。方法选择2010年3月至2014年3月行支撑喉镜下声带息肉CO2激光切除术患者60例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组患者从术后第1天开始静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯注射液，剂量为50 mg，每天2次，连续3 d；对照组患者以生理盐水静脉滴注作为对照。观察两组患者术后第1、2、3天咽喉部及颈部疼痛情况，并分别进行VAS及观察术后3 d内的相关不良反应。结果观察组在术后第2天及第3天的VAS评分[（1.9±0.3）、（0.5±0.1）分]明显低于对照组[（3.4±0.2）、（2.0±0.2）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组和对照组术后恶心、呕吐、皮疹、呼吸抑制及术后出血等不良反应总发生率分别为26.7%（8/30）和30.0%（9/30），二者比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论氟比洛芬酯注射液对支撑喉镜下声带息肉CO2激光切除术患者具有良好的术后镇痛效果，不良反应发生率低。

목적：평고불비락분지주사액응용우성대식육격광현미술후진통적유효성급안전성。방법선택2010년3월지2014년3월행지탱후경하성대식육CO2격광절제술환자60례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각30례。관찰조환자종술후제1천개시정맥적주불비락분지주사액，제량위50 mg，매천2차，련속3 d；대조조환자이생리염수정맥적주작위대조。관찰량조환자술후제1、2、3천인후부급경부동통정황，병분별진행VAS급관찰술후3 d내적상관불량반응。결과관찰조재술후제2천급제3천적VAS평분[（1.9±0.3）、（0.5±0.1）분]명현저우대조조[（3.4±0.2）、（2.0±0.2）분]，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）；관찰조화대조조술후악심、구토、피진、호흡억제급술후출혈등불량반응총발생솔분별위26.7%（8/30）화30.0%（9/30），이자비교，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론불비락분지주사액대지탱후경하성대식육CO2격광절제술환자구유량호적술후진통효과，불량반응발생솔저。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen on patients with vocal cord polyps after CO2 laser endolaryngeal microsurgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with vocal cord polyps after CO2 laser endolaryngeal microsurgery from March 2010 to March 2014 Changsha were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 of each group. The observation group were received 50 mg flurbiprofen intravenously for 3 con-secutive days as of the first day after the operation while the patients in the control group with intravenously normal saline as the control group. The pain condition of throat and neck wasobserved by visual analogue scale (VAS) on the first,second and third days after the operation respectively,as well as the side effects related to it were also assessed. Results The VAS scores of the observation group after the operation[(1.9±0.3),(0.5±0.1)points] were lower than those of the control group[(3.4±0.2),(2.0± 0.2)points] on the second and third days respectively,which had significantly statistical difference(P<0.01). There was no signifi-cant statistical difference (P>0.05) between the two groups concerning the total incidence rate of side effects of postoperative anal gesia such as nausea,emesis,rash respiratory depression and postoperative bleeding[26.7%(8/30),30.0%(9/30)]. Conclusion Flurbiprofen injection has a good postoperative analgesia effect and low side effect rate for the patients with vocal cord polyps after CO2 laser endolaryngeal microsurgery.
