目的：探讨东莨菪碱贴剂内关穴使用对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐的影响。方法将择期腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者280例，随机分为东莨菪碱贴剂内关穴贴剂组（SP6）、东莨菪碱贴剂非穴位贴剂组（S）、安慰剂贴剂内关穴贴剂组（CP6）及安慰剂贴剂非穴位贴剂组（C），每组70例。观察术后恶心、呕吐的次数和程度。结果 SP6组及S组恶心、呕吐的发生率及恶心严重程度均优于CP6组及C组，再次接受止吐药物的百分率也明显少于后两组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论东莨菪碱贴剂内关穴使用能有效缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐。
목적：탐토동랑탕감첩제내관혈사용대복강경담낭절제술후악심、구토적영향。방법장택기복강경담낭절제수술환자280례，수궤분위동랑탕감첩제내관혈첩제조（SP6）、동랑탕감첩제비혈위첩제조（S）、안위제첩제내관혈첩제조（CP6）급안위제첩제비혈위첩제조（C），매조70례。관찰술후악심、구토적차수화정도。결과 SP6조급S조악심、구토적발생솔급악심엄중정도균우우CP6조급C조，재차접수지토약물적백분솔야명현소우후량조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론동랑탕감첩제내관혈사용능유효완해복강경담낭절제술후악심、구토。
Objective To approach the effect of scopolamine patch at neiguan acupuncture point against postoperative nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 280 patients with elective laparoscopic cholecys-tectomy were randomly divided into the scopolamine patch at neiguan acupuncture point (group SP6),scopolamine patch at non-acupuncture point group(group S),placebo patch at at neiguan acupuncture point(group CP6),and placebo patch at non acupunc-ture point group(group C),each group of 70 cases. The incidence and severity degree of postoperative nausea and vomiting was observed and analyzed. Results Compared to group S and group CP6,the incidence rate and severity degree of postoperative nausea and vomiting were significantly lower than those in the group SP6 ,group C. The difference had statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the scopolamine patch at neiguan acupuncture point may effectively release the postoper-ative nausea and vomiting after the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
