随着全球化脚步的不断加快，我国的城市化范围也逐渐扩大，同时伴随着城市化的发展，引发了城市人口上升，进而导致城市经济发展的不足。本文针对智慧城市的内涵及对城市规划的影响，从理论和实践两方面做了详细地叙述。

With the accelerating pace of globalization, our co-untry has gradual y expanded the urban scope. However the development of the city is accompanied by the constant incre-asing city population which has partly leaded to the insuffici-ency of city economic development. This paper from the two aspects of theory and practice has given a detailed description of the connotation of smart city and its influence on city pla-nning.
