居住小区是城市重要组成部分，直接影响了居民的生活质量。高品质居住小区的形成不仅与规划建设相关，也取决于控制性详细规划阶段的控制。本文运用 GIS 的空间分析，对杨家坝居住小区的公共服务配套设施进行了分析，辅助评价布局的合理性。

The residential area is an important part of the city, which directly affects the quality of life of residents. The form-ation of high-quality residential area is not only related with the planning and construction, but also depends on the control of detailed control able planning stage. With GIS spatial analy-sis in this paper, the author analyzed the public service facili-ties of Yangjiaba residential area, making an auxiliary evaluati-on of the rationality of the layout.
