Campus has a large stock of buildings, great pote-ntial for energy saving. The existing domestic green campus evaluation system focuses on the evaluation of the hardware facilities, research on campus overal sustainable development is less and less. This paper taking University of California at Berkeley as a case concretely analyzes United States green campus evaluation system and the framework of the campus overal sustainable development, aims to make suggestions as to China's overal campus sustainable development.
