At present, our society is stepping into the aging stage, so the rise of endowment real estate wil become the ine-vitable trend. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of endowment real estate in our country, and pl-ans the development and design of endowment real estate in China. On the one hand, this can guide enterprise to get the su-ccess of project development;on the other hand, this can pro-mote the social responsibility of corporate to change the pre-sent weak situation of social endowment service.
