The high demand of the people for their own ho-using conditions and standards has brought new chal enges to the housing units. Housing built has not only to meet people's requirements for quality, also to meet people's psychological needs. This paper mainly analyzed the application of analytic aesthetics rules in the process of building in the architectural design, in order to bet er meet the aesthetic needs of the people.
