本文针对某整车厂涂装车间磷化含镍废水与车间其他污水混合处理的问题,重新设计了混凝沉淀工艺,改造了管路。运行结果表明,出水达到了国家污染物三级排放标准,且具有处理效果稳定、操作简便、污泥处理费用低等优点。
本文針對某整車廠塗裝車間燐化含鎳廢水與車間其他汙水混閤處理的問題,重新設計瞭混凝沉澱工藝,改造瞭管路。運行結果錶明,齣水達到瞭國傢汙染物三級排放標準,且具有處理效果穩定、操作簡便、汙泥處理費用低等優點。

This paper, aimed at the mixing treatment of the coating phosphate wastewater and other wastewater in a ve-hicle plant workshop, carries out the redesign of the coagu-lation sedimentation process, transforms the pipeline. The run-ning results show that, the effluent reached the national pol-utant discharge standard of three grades, and has stable trea-tment effect, simple operation, and low cost of sludge treatm-ent.
