Earthquake proof construction has been the buil-ding’s weak point, which failed to at ract enough at ention of relevant government officials and construction management personnel, and this affected the healthy and sustainable devel-opment of society, endangering people's lives and property. Therefore, we must make corresponding countermeasure to st-rengthen the seismic fortification safety knowledge and impr-ove the seismic fortification capacity.
