The building aseismic reinforcement measures in the event of an earthquake, which can effectively improve the seismic capacity and isolation ability of buildings. The seismic capacity of buildings, is an important part of modern civil en-gineering construction, is the key content of the work of our national seismic and isolation. This paper tries to inquire into the building seismic strengthening design of damping and is-olation technique, and introduces the related applications.
