With the rapid development of city construction, high-rise buildings appeared in large numbers. Strict Specifica-tions and complex structure of the form makes it more and more difficult to be built. This paper, starting from the defi-nition and characteristics of the high-rise building starts, expo-unds the design essentials of high-rise buildings, analyzing va-rious technical problems in actual construction.
