In order to strengthen the research and study of city viaduct to provide a reference for the future planning and construction work, based on the analysis of some typical cases in our country, the paper summarizes future development trend of city viaduct and the core content of the design scheme. It is expected to be developed towards the direction of environm-ental concept, rich function, and beautiful appearance.
