Shanghai continued promulgated on residential in-dustrialization, the assembled integral type policy. The develo-pment of assembly type residential (building) is an important carrier of promoting new industrialization of construction;the construction industry is the industrial revolution. In this paper, a residential project in Shanghai is taken as an example, and the author discusses in detail the design and construction of prefabricated housing, for the domestic similar projects for re-ference.
