国内老年公寓设计尚处于起步阶段，国外经验的借鉴不能完全适合当前的国情。因此，通过与境外设计机构合作，探索出符合国情的设计经验显得十分必要。本文希望通过对日本老年公寓设计的概括性分析并结合实际工程设计，总结出一些中高端老年公寓设计的经验。

국내노년공우설계상처우기보계단，국외경험적차감불능완전괄합당전적국정。인차，통과여경외설계궤구합작，탐색출부합국정적설계경험현득십분필요。본문희망통과대일본노년공우설계적개괄성분석병결합실제공정설계，총결출일사중고단노년공우설계적경험。
Domestic elderly apartment design is stil in the in-itial stage, the reference to foreign experience can not be ful y applicable to the current situation. Therefore, it is very neces-sary to explore design experience in line with national co-nditions through cooperation with foreign design institutions. This paper hope, through the general analysis of Japan’s eld-erly apartment design, combined with the actual engineering design, to summarize some design experience in high-end ap-artments for the elderly.
