The situation of Wenzhou real estate is as in adver-sity as in the other places of the country. Most of the new open market of real estate is difficult to sel buildings, so the market is in depression. Only the three-dimensional city of Lingjiang court in Wenzhou city is a running battle, sot it wins the favor of buyers, with the formation of hot scenes. See essence thr-ough the phenomenon, and the author analyzes the reasons fr-om five aspects.
