Along with the pace’s speeding up of the constr-uction of our city, competition is becoming increasingly fierce between construction enterprises. In this paper, based on the importance of site management method, the author makes an analysis of the problems encountered in the current civil co-nstruction management and from the actual situation, proposes some personal advice.
