In energy consumption, building energy consum-ption accounts for about 1/4 of the total social consumption. In building energy consumption, building electrical energy cons-umption’s proportion is very large. Therefore, how to design the electrical energy is a major breakthrough in building ene-rgy saving. This paper discusses the status quo and the prin-ciple of building electrical energy, put ing forward the concrete application of electric energy saving technology.
