民用建筑在城市建设中占有主体地位，建筑暖通空调节能重点在于民用建筑。本文在阐述暖通空调节能的意义基础上，分析了民用建筑暖通空调能耗的影响因素及暖通空调系统节能存在的若干问题，并提出了改善暖通空调节能问题的措施。

Civil building occupies the dominant position of the city construction, so the focus of energy building HVAC is civil buildings. in this paper, based on the analysis of the sig-nificance of HVAC system, the author analyzed several exis-ting problems in energy saving and HVAC system and factors influencing energy consumption in civil buildings, and put fo-rward improving measures of energy saving of air conditioning heating problem.
