This paper, relying on many beneficial at empts and the exploration experience of the Nanjing subway opera-tion in the past ten years in resource management and dev-elopment, elaborated through the standardization system and the standardization of the management of resources, how to make good use of resources, manage resources work in the de-velopment of resources, such as the coordinated development process, to realize the maximization of resource development value.
