近年来，建筑业发展飞速。古建筑作为文物保护工作的关键，监理工作决定了文物保护的最终结果。本文根据实际监理工作对其进行了分析，并且针对监理工作中的问题，提出了古建筑工程施工中需要注意的内容。

In recent years, construction industry developed ra-pidly. As a key cultural relic’s protection work of ancient bui-ldings, supervision work determines the final results of the pr-otection of cultural relics. In this paper, according to the actu-al supervision work, the author has carried on the analysis, and aiming at the problems in the supervision work, put forward the content needing at ention in the ancient architectural en-gineering construction.
