In municipal road construction, subgrade is an im-portant part and it is closely linked with the overal stability of municipal roads, which plays an important role in promoting the continuous development of the city economy. In this paper, the over-wet soil subgrade construction processing method of the municipal road was discussed, and the author proposed treatment measures in the construction of roadbed, in order to ensure that the municipal road construction can be completed smoothly.
