In this paper, based on brief analysis of the envi-ronmental laws and regulations of new construction market since the eighteenth people’s congress, reveals that the reason-nable risk sharing principle is already represent the general trend of the construction industry. Contracting parties of const-ruction project, especial y the employer should have a clear understanding of, and timely change the concept, legal compli-ance to safeguard their own interests, and jointly create a good construction market environment.
