The article, with glass used in the facade as the breakthrough point, focus on the performance of glass mat- erials. This article, from the construction point of view, anal- yzes the application of glass materials. Through the research, the author sorted out the different direction of expressive force of glass material, and also put forward some prospects for the development of application of glass in the building facade in the future.
