参照台湾“诚品书店”的模式，合肥科教书店成功实现了业态的创新转型。以转型后的合肥科教书店作为典型案例，通过对台湾“诚品书店”发展现状及业态的研究，探讨了如何实现实体书店的提升转型，并为正在寻找创新转型的实体书店提出了一些建议。

Referring to the pattern of Taiwan“Eslite Bookstore”, Hefei Science&Education Bookstore successfully realizes the innovation and transformation of its formats. Taking Hefei Science & Education Bookstore after the transformation as a typical example, and through the study on the development status and formats of Taiwan“Eslite Bookstore”, this paper probes into the problem of how to realize the upgrade and transformation of entity bookstore, and puts forward some suggestions for those bookstores that are looking for the innovation and transformation.
