目的:探析HOX基因对早期食管癌的诊断及预后的指导意义。方法入选该院2008年2月—2009年2月食管癌患者80例为实验组,同期入选体检健康者80名为研究对照,比较人食管癌细胞系及正常细胞系CAES及EC109中表达HOX基因情况,评估食管癌患者的HOX基因表达阳性组及阴性组的术后生存率情况。结果人食管癌细胞系CAES及EC109中HOX基因表达阳性情况显著高于正常细胞系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管癌患者HOX基因表达阳性组1、3、5年生存率显著低于食管癌HOX基因表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者细胞系表达HOX基因阳性率较高,HOX基因表达阳性食管癌患者生存率较低,HOX对评估早期食管癌诊断及预后具有重要临床价值。

목적:탐석HOX기인대조기식관암적진단급예후적지도의의。방법입선해원2008년2월—2009년2월식관암환자80례위실험조,동기입선체검건강자80명위연구대조,비교인식관암세포계급정상세포계CAES급EC109중표체HOX기인정황,평고식관암환자적HOX기인표체양성조급음성조적술후생존솔정황。결과인식관암세포계CAES급EC109중HOX기인표체양성정황현저고우정상세포계,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);식관암환자HOX기인표체양성조1、3、5년생존솔현저저우식관암HOX기인표체음성조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론식관암환자세포계표체HOX기인양성솔교고,HOX기인표체양성식관암환자생존솔교저,HOX대평고조기식관암진단급예후구유중요림상개치。
Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic and prognostic significance of HOX gene for early esophageal cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with esophageal cancer from February 2008 to February 2009 in our hospital were selected as experiment group, while 80 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group. HOX gene expression of esophageal cancer cell and normal gene, CAES and EC109 were compared. Postoperative survival rate of positive and negative HOX gene expression of patients with esophageal cancer were evaluated.Results HOX gene expression of esophageal cancer cell line CAES and EC109 was significantly higher than normal cells. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);The 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year survival rate of positive expression of of patients with esophageal cancer were significantly lower than HOX gene expression negative group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion HOX gene expression positive rate of patients with esophageal cancer is high, while survival rate of HOX gene expression positive patients is low. HOX has important clinical value in evaluate early esophageal cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
