目的：对妊娠合并肠梗阻的临床治疗方法以及治疗效果进行对比讨论。方法取该院自2009年1月—2013年1月间收治的60妊娠合并肠梗阻患者，对其进行分组治疗，分为手术治疗方法以及保守治疗方法，手术治疗30例，保守治疗30例，对比分析两组治疗方法以及效果。结果对收治的60例妊娠合并肠梗阻患者中的30例采取了保守治疗，对30例采取了手术治疗方式。其中手术方法进行治疗恢复良好21例，早产以及感染9例，不良反应发生率为30.00%(9/30)，保守方法治疗其恢复良好27例，出现早产和感染3例，不良发生率10.00%(3/30)，手术方法治疗不良反应发生率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠合并肠梗阻患者临床研究，随着科学的进步，当前手术方法其不良反应的发生率明显降低，值得推广，尤其是在保守方法治疗无果或者危险情况下及早采用手术方法，做好早期诊断和治疗方法制定。

Objective Clinical treatment of pregnancy with intestinal obstruction and the therapeutic effect were compared and discussed.Method Take this admitted from 2009 January ~2013 year in January among 60 pregnant patients complicated with intestinal obstruction, were divided into two groups on the points for surgical treatment and conservative treatment, surgical treatment of 30 cases of each group [grouping of not less than 30 cases, otherwise the error of statistical analysis to produce larger], conservative treatment in 30 cases, comparative analysis the treatment method and effect of two groups.Result A total of 60 cases of pregnancy complicated with intestinal obstruction in 30 cases to take a conservative treatment, in 30 cases took surgical treatment. The surgical method to treat 21 cases of good recovery, 9 cases of premature delivery and infection, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 30% (9/30), a conservative approach to treatment of the 27 cases of good recovery, 3 cases of premature delivery and infection, malnutrition rates of 10% (3/30), surgical method of incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment was higher than that of control group (P<0.05)the statistical significance).Conclusion According to the clinical study of patients with intestinal obstruction complicated with pregnancy, along with the progress of science, the operation method of the incidence of adverse reaction rate decreased significantly, it is worth promoting, especially in the conservative treatment surgery method early uses no fruit or dangerous conditions, make early diagnosis and treatment.
