目的：总结分析老年内科急诊误诊的发生因素，对提升临床医师诊断水平降低误诊率有促进作用。方法：选取2012年10月-2014年10月老年急诊内科误诊87例，观察误诊出现原因。结果：急诊误诊的出现因素很多，主要是因为患者病症的自身因素，以及医护人员经验不足，过分依赖医疗设备的检查结果等。结论：医护人员加强患者病史观察、体格症状检查、辅助检查，以及树立正确的逻辑思维，时刻需要提高防范意识，保证病症诊断的准确率。

목적：총결분석노년내과급진오진적발생인소，대제승림상의사진단수평강저오진솔유촉진작용。방법：선취2012년10월-2014년10월노년급진내과오진87례，관찰오진출현원인。결과：급진오진적출현인소흔다，주요시인위환자병증적자신인소，이급의호인원경험불족，과분의뢰의료설비적검사결과등。결론：의호인원가강환자병사관찰、체격증상검사、보조검사，이급수립정학적라집사유，시각수요제고방범의식，보증병증진단적준학솔。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the occurrence factors of elderly people were misdiagnosed in department of internal medicine in emergency,to promote effect on improving the clinical diagnosis level and decrease the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods:87 cases of elderly patients misdiagnosed in department of internal medicine in emergency were selected from October 2012 to October 2014.The causes of misdiagnosis were observed.Results:There were many factors of emergency misdiagnosis, mainly because of the patient's own illness factors,and lack of experience of medical staff,over reliance on medical equipment examination results and so on.Conclusion:The medical staff should strengthen the observation of patients with a history,physical symptom checker,laboratory examinations,as well as to establish the correct logical thinking,they need to raise awareness and ensure the accuracy of disease diagnosis when and where.
