目的：探讨在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治慢性心力衰竭患者64例，随机分成治疗组和对照组各32例。两组均给予吸氧、利尿、扩血管、强心等常规处理，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利。12周为1个疗程。比较治疗后心功能情况，彩色多普勒超声心动图测量左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6-MWT)变化及不良反应等。结果：治疗组用药后LVEDD、LVESD下降，LVEF及6-MWT增加。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效好，可以明显改善心功能，改善心力衰竭的预后，且不良反应小，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토재상규치료적기출상가용패나보리치료만성심력쇠갈적림상료효。방법：2012년1월-2013년1월수치만성심력쇠갈환자64례，수궤분성치료조화대조조각32례。량조균급여흡양、이뇨、확혈관、강심등상규처리，치료조재상규치료적기출상가용패나보리。12주위1개료정。비교치료후심공능정황，채색다보륵초성심동도측량좌실서장말기내경(LVEDD)、좌실수축말기내경(LVESD)급좌실사혈분수(LVEF)、6 min보행시험(6-MWT)변화급불량반응등。결과：치료조용약후LVEDD、LVESD하강，LVEF급6-MWT증가。치료조적총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재상규치료적기출상가용패나보리치료만성심력쇠갈료효호，가이명현개선심공능，개선심력쇠갈적예후，차불량반응소，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of benazepril in the treatment chronic heart failure based on the conventional therapy.Methods:64 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 32 cases in each.All the patients in two groups were given conventional treatment,such as oxygen,diuretics,vasodilators,strong heart and others, based on the conventional treatment, the treatment group added benazepril.12 weeks for 1 courses.Then we compared the heart function after treatment,measured left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) using color Doppler echocardiography,and we obsearved the 6 min walking test(6-MWT) changes and adverse reaction.Results:In the treatment group both LVEDD and LVESD were decreased after treatment,while LVEF and 6-MWT increased.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using benazepril based on the conventional therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure has good curative effect.It can improve heart function,improve the prognosis of heart failure,and also has little side effect,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
