目的：观察氟桂利嗪联合银杏达莫治疗老年后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法：2013年8月-2014年8月收治老年后循环缺血性眩晕患者92例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各46例，予对照组银杏达莫治疗，予观察组氟桂利嗪联合银杏达莫，比较两组治疗后后循环血流速度和临床效果。结果：治疗后两组后循环血流速度较治疗前均增加，且观察组改善结果更明显，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，右椎动脉组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组治疗效果较对照组更显著，差异具统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：氟桂利嗪联合银杏达莫治疗老年后循环缺血性眩晕疗效显著。
목적：관찰불계리진연합은행체막치료노년후순배결혈성현훈적료효。방법：2013년8월-2014년8월수치노년후순배결혈성현훈환자92례，안조수궤수자표법분위량조，각46례，여대조조은행체막치료，여관찰조불계리진연합은행체막，비교량조치료후후순배혈류속도화림상효과。결과：치료후량조후순배혈류속도교치료전균증가，차관찰조개선결과경명현，비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，우추동맥조간차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；관찰조치료효과교대조조경현저，차이구통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：불계리진연합은행체막치료노년후순배결혈성현훈료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of flunarizine combined with ginkgo bilobate extract in the treatment of elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:92 elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with ginkgo bilobate extract,while the observation group were treated with flunarizine combined with ginkgo bilobate extract.The clinical effect and posterior circulation blood flow velocity were compared of patients in the two groups after treatment.Results:Posterior circulation blood flow velocity of patients in the two groups after treatment were increased than before the treatment, the results were improved more evident in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the right vertebral artery group was not significant(P>0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was more significant than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine combined with ginkgo bilobate extract in the treatment of elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo has a significant curative effect.
