目的：探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合用药治疗与预防脑梗死的临床效果分析。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治脑梗死患者128例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组64例。对照组给予常规剂量阿司匹林，观察组采用小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗，比较两组患者脑梗死治疗、不良反应及脑梗死复发的预防效果。结果：观察组神经功能缺损评分明显优于对照组，且治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组脑梗死复发率及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用小剂量阿司匹林联合用药治疗脑梗死具有较好的临床效果，较安全，不良反应发生率及复发率较低，具有临床应用及推广价值。
목적：탐토소제량아사필림연합용약치료여예방뇌경사적림상효과분석。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치뇌경사환자128례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조64례。대조조급여상규제량아사필림，관찰조채용소제량아사필림연합저분자간소치료，비교량조환자뇌경사치료、불량반응급뇌경사복발적예방효과。결과：관찰조신경공능결손평분명현우우대조조，차치료총유효솔고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조뇌경사복발솔급불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：채용소제량아사필림연합용약치료뇌경사구유교호적림상효과，교안전，불량반응발생솔급복발솔교저，구유림상응용급추엄개치。
Objective:To explore clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combination therapy in the treatment and prevention of cerebral infarction.Methods:128 cases of patients with cerebral infarction from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group were given routine dose of aspirin,and the observation group were given low-dose aspirin with low molecular heparin therapy.The treatment,adverse reaction and prevention effect of cerebral infarction recurrent in the two groups were compared.Results:The neural function defect scale of the observation group was obviously superior to that of the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence incidence of cerebral infarction rate and adverse reaction of the observation group were obviously lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose aspirin combination therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction had good clinical effect and was safer,and the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were lower,which had clinical application and popularization value.
