Dieulafoy disease is a rare disease of upper gastrointestinal bleeding disorder.It is rare occurred at the junction of esophagus and cardia.The endoscopic manifestations,treatment and prognosis of 8 cases with Dieulafoy disease which occurred at esophageal and gastric junction were summarized and the characteristics of the disease were discussed.
