目的：观察依达拉奉联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：2010年2月-2014年6月收治急性脑梗死患者75例，分为对照组36例和观察组39例，对照组在常规治疗基础上给予长春西汀治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用依达拉奉治疗，两组均14 d 1个疗程，比较治疗后疗效。结果：两组治疗14 d后总有效率分别为69.44%和89.75%，观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)，且治疗后观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)，ADL评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：依达拉奉联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死可明显提高临床疗效，促进神经功能恢复，改善日常生活能力和降低致残率，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰의체랍봉연합장춘서정치료급성뇌경사적림상료효。방법：2010년2월-2014년6월수치급성뇌경사환자75례，분위대조조36례화관찰조39례，대조조재상규치료기출상급여장춘서정치료，관찰조재대조조치료기출상가용의체랍봉치료，량조균14 d 1개료정，비교치료후료효。결과：량조치료14 d후총유효솔분별위69.44%화89.75%，관찰조료효현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)，차치료후관찰조NIHSS평분현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)，ADL평분현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：의체랍봉연합장춘서정치료급성뇌경사가명현제고림상료효，촉진신경공능회복，개선일상생활능력화강저치잔솔，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Edaravone combined with Changchun vinpocetine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:75 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from January 2010 to June 2014.They were divided into 39 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the observation group.The control group received vinpocetine treatment based on conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with edaravone treatment on the base of the control group. Two groups were 14 d for 1 course of treatment.After treatment,we campared the clinical effect.Results:The two groups after 14 d treatment the total effective rate were 69.44% and 89.75%,the effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and the observation group the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Changchun vinpocetine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical effect,promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the ability of daily life and reduce disability rate,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
