目的：总结分析体表血管脂肪瘤的手术治疗。方法：2010年1月-2013年5月收治体表血管脂肪瘤患者45例，根据手术时期将患者分成研究组与对照组。对照组为晚期手术组，研究组为早期手术组。对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、复发率进行分析。结果：研究组临床治愈率100%，复发率4.0%，均优于对照组。两组患者临床治愈率和复发率比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001)。结论：体表脂肪瘤患者宜早期及时行手术治疗，降低复发率，提高治愈率和患者生活质量。

목적：총결분석체표혈관지방류적수술치료。방법：2010년1월-2013년5월수치체표혈관지방류환자45례，근거수술시기장환자분성연구조여대조조。대조조위만기수술조，연구조위조기수술조。대량조환자치료후적림상료효、복발솔진행분석。결과：연구조림상치유솔100%，복발솔4.0%，균우우대조조。량조환자림상치유솔화복발솔비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.001)。결론：체표지방류환자의조기급시행수술치료，강저복발솔，제고치유솔화환자생활질량。
Objective:To summarize the surgical treatment of superficial angiolipoma.Methods:45 cases of patients with superficial angiolipoma from January 2010 to May 2013 were divided into the research group and the control group according to the operation period.The patients in control group were the late surgery group,the patients in research group were the early surgery group.The clinical curative effect,the recurrence rate of the patients in the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results:The clinical cure rate of the research group was 100% and the recurrence rate was 100%,which were better than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences of clinical cure rate and the recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion:The early surgical treatment were applied appropriately on patients with superficial angiolipoma in time and reduced the recurrence rate and improved the cure rate and patients' quality of life.
