目的：探讨糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂吸入与单纯糖皮质激素吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法：2013年1-12月收治小儿哮喘患者60例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组以单纯糖皮质激素进行治疗；观察组以糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂进行治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组患者在治疗有效率上存在显著差异，具有统计意义(P＜0.05)。且观察组的治疗安全性明显高于对照组。结论：糖皮质激素联合受体激动剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘临床效果显著，安全性较高，该种联合法明显优于单纯激素治疗法。
목적：탐토당피질격소연합장효β2수체격동제흡입여단순당피질격소흡입치료소인효천적효과。방법：2013년1-12월수치소인효천환자60례，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조。대조조이단순당피질격소진행치료；관찰조이당피질격소연합장효β2수체격동제진행치료，대량조환자적치료효과진행비교。결과：관찰조적치료효과명현우우대조조，량조환자재치료유효솔상존재현저차이，구유통계의의(P＜0.05)。차관찰조적치료안전성명현고우대조조。결론：당피질격소연합수체격동제흡입치료소인효천림상효과현저，안전성교고，해충연합법명현우우단순격소치요법。
Objective:To explore the effect of glucocorticoid combined with long-acting beta 2 receptor agonist inhalation and simple glucocorticoid inhalation in treatment of asthma in children.Methods:60 cases of children asthma were selected from January to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients of the control group were treated by simple glucocorticoid,and the observation group with glucocorticoid combined with long-acting beta 2 agonists for treatment.The treatment effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of patients in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,the effective rate of treatment of the patients in the two groups showed significant difference,the results with statistical significance(P<0.05).The safety of the treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with receptor agonist inhalation in treatment of children asthma with significant clinical effect,high safety,this kind of combined method is better than simple hormone therapy.
