目的：探讨自发性气胸(SP)患者的性别、年龄分布特点，评价SP与患者体型特征的关系。方法：2010年10月-2012年3月收治SP患者70例，回顾性分析其病历资料，分析其年龄分布特点，计算体重指数(BMI)、胸廓纵横直径比(TAR)。另选取70例正常健康者作为对照组进行比较分析。结果：病例组BMI均值(18.13±1.21)kg/m2，低于对照组(22.57±2.54)kg/m2，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。病例组 TAR 值(0.35±0.06)小于对照组(0.48±0.04)(P＜0.05)。结论：自发性气胸患者集中为年轻男性，体重指数低于正常成人，胸廓较为扁平，即自发性气胸多见于体型瘦长的中青年男性。
목적：탐토자발성기흉(SP)환자적성별、년령분포특점，평개SP여환자체형특정적관계。방법：2010년10월-2012년3월수치SP환자70례，회고성분석기병력자료，분석기년령분포특점，계산체중지수(BMI)、흉곽종횡직경비(TAR)。령선취70례정상건강자작위대조조진행비교분석。결과：병례조BMI균치(18.13±1.21)kg/m2，저우대조조(22.57±2.54)kg/m2，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。병례조 TAR 치(0.35±0.06)소우대조조(0.48±0.04)(P＜0.05)。결론：자발성기흉환자집중위년경남성，체중지수저우정상성인，흉곽교위편평，즉자발성기흉다견우체형수장적중청년남성。
Objective:To investigate the sex and age distribution of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax(SP),and evaluate the relationship between SP and physical characteristics of patients.Methods:70 patients with SP were selected from October 2010 to March 2012.We etrospectively analyzed their medical records and the characteristics of age distribution,calculated of body mass index(BMI),thoracic and vertical and horizontal diameter ratio(TAR).Another 70 cases of normal healthy persons were selected as control group.Then we compared and analyzed the differences in the two groups.Results:In the case group BMI averaged(18.13± 1.21)kg/m2,lower than that of the control group(22.57±2.54)kg/m2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TAR value of the case group was(0.35±0.06) less than that of the control group(0.48±0.04), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Most of the patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were younger men,their body mass index lower than that of the normal adults,in other words,most of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax are young men with slender figure.
