目的：探讨全麻下扁桃体摘除术后患者不同体位的安全性。方法：选取全麻下扁桃体摘除术后患者210例，随机分为试验组和对照组各105例，试验组采用侧俯卧位，对照组采用去枕平卧位，观察两组患者术后安静情况，以及呕吐和吸痰次数、呼吸道阻塞、出血、低氧血症等并发症发生情况。结果：两组间患者安静状态、呕吐、吸痰次数、呼吸道阻塞症状、1～2度出血情况差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：与仰卧位相比，术后取侧俯卧位能预防呼吸系统并发症，减少术后出血、准确地观察出血量，增加了患者的舒适度和情绪稳定性。

목적：탐토전마하편도체적제술후환자불동체위적안전성。방법：선취전마하편도체적제술후환자210례，수궤분위시험조화대조조각105례，시험조채용측부와위，대조조채용거침평와위，관찰량조환자술후안정정황，이급구토화흡담차수、호흡도조새、출혈、저양혈증등병발증발생정황。결과：량조간환자안정상태、구토、흡담차수、호흡도조새증상、1～2도출혈정황차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：여앙와위상비，술후취측부와위능예방호흡계통병발증，감소술후출혈、준학지관찰출혈량，증가료환자적서괄도화정서은정성。
Objective:To investigate the safety of different body position after tonsillectomy under general anesthesia.Methods:210 patients with tonsillectomy under general anesthesia were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 105 cases in each,patients in the experiment group adopted the side prone position,while in the control group adopted supine position that removed the pillow,then we observed the complications of patients in two groups in quiet state after operation,such as the number of vomiting and aspiration of sputum,airway obstruction,hypoxemia and hemorrhage etc. Results:The differences in quiet state,vomiting,aspiration of sputum,respiratory obstruction symptoms,and 1~2 bleeding degrees had statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the supine position,taking side prone position after operation can prevent respiratory complications,reduce the bleeding after operation,and observed bleeding volume accuratly,so it can increase patient comfort and emotional stability.
