目的：探讨分析闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效。方法：2010年1月-2014年1月收治胫骨干骨折患者94例，对临床资料进行回顾性分析，采取在C臂X线机透视帮助下对骨折患者行闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定术，观察患者疗效。结果：按照 Johuer-wrush 功能评价标准，经治疗，94例中优85例，良7例，差2例。优良率97.87%。差2例中1例在术后出现创面局部红肿，经抗生素、抬高患肢等治疗后症状消失，另1例下1/3蝶形骨折肢体缩短1.2 cm。患者全部获得随访，随访结果显示均达到骨性愈合，骨折愈合时间9～15周，平均11周，无一例发生感染。无继发性筋膜间室综合征，无交锁钉断钉及退钉，无脂肪栓塞，无伤口感染及骨髓炎等现象发生。结论：闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫骨干骨折疗效显著，创伤小，感染率低，安全性好，复位效果好，是一种较好的固定方法，值得临床推广和应用。
目的：探討分析閉閤複位交鎖髓內釘固定治療脛骨榦骨摺的療效。方法：2010年1月-2014年1月收治脛骨榦骨摺患者94例，對臨床資料進行迴顧性分析，採取在C臂X線機透視幫助下對骨摺患者行閉閤複位交鎖髓內釘固定術，觀察患者療效。結果：按照 Johuer-wrush 功能評價標準，經治療，94例中優85例，良7例，差2例。優良率97.87%。差2例中1例在術後齣現創麵跼部紅腫，經抗生素、抬高患肢等治療後癥狀消失，另1例下1/3蝶形骨摺肢體縮短1.2 cm。患者全部穫得隨訪，隨訪結果顯示均達到骨性愈閤，骨摺愈閤時間9～15週，平均11週，無一例髮生感染。無繼髮性觔膜間室綜閤徵，無交鎖釘斷釘及退釘，無脂肪栓塞，無傷口感染及骨髓炎等現象髮生。結論：閉閤複位交鎖髓內釘固定治療脛骨榦骨摺療效顯著，創傷小，感染率低，安全性好，複位效果好，是一種較好的固定方法，值得臨床推廣和應用。
목적：탐토분석폐합복위교쇄수내정고정치료경골간골절적료효。방법：2010년1월-2014년1월수치경골간골절환자94례，대림상자료진행회고성분석，채취재C비X선궤투시방조하대골절환자행폐합복위교쇄수내정고정술，관찰환자료효。결과：안조 Johuer-wrush 공능평개표준，경치료，94례중우85례，량7례，차2례。우량솔97.87%。차2례중1례재술후출현창면국부홍종，경항생소、태고환지등치료후증상소실，령1례하1/3접형골절지체축단1.2 cm。환자전부획득수방，수방결과현시균체도골성유합，골절유합시간9～15주，평균11주，무일례발생감염。무계발성근막간실종합정，무교쇄정단정급퇴정，무지방전새，무상구감염급골수염등현상발생。결론：폐합복위교쇄수내정고정치료경골간골절료효현저，창상소，감염솔저，안전성호，복위효과호，시일충교호적고정방법，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective:To discuss and analyze the curative effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of tibial shaft fractures.Methods:94 patients with tibial shaft fractures were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Fracture patients with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation under C arm X-ray machine perspective,and the effect was observed.Results: According to Johuer-wrush function evaluation standard,after treatment,excellent in 85 cases,good in 7 cases,poor in 2 cases of the 94 cases.The excellent and good rate was 97.87% .The 2 cases of poor,1 cases in the postoperative wound of local swelling after treatment,the symptoms disappeared treated with antibiotics,raising the affected limb;the other 1 case limbs shortens 1.2 cm with 1/3 butterfly fracture.All of the patients were followed up,the follow-up results showed that all obtained bone healing.Fracture healing time 9~15 weeks, average 11 weeks,not one case of an infection.No secondary compartment syndrome,no interlocking nail broken and screw withdrawal,no fat embolism,no wound infection and other phenomena occurd.Conclusion:The clinical effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of tibial shaft fractures is significant,with small trauma,low infection rate,good security.The reduction effect is good and is a good fixation method.It is worth the clinical promotion and application.
