目的：探讨丙泊酚麻醉对患者短期记忆的影响状况。方法：2013年6月-2014年11月收治行无痛胃镜以及肠镜检查患者80例，对其亲历事件进行调查。结果：本组80例患者出现记忆障碍39例，记忆障碍发生率48.75%，无记忆障碍41例，记忆障碍患者与性别、年龄差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，与文化程度，特别是学历越低出现的比例越高，与用药量差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：丙泊酚麻醉患者会出现短期记忆障碍，究其原因主要与患者用药量和文化程度有密切的关系。

목적：탐토병박분마취대환자단기기억적영향상황。방법：2013년6월-2014년11월수치행무통위경이급장경검사환자80례，대기친역사건진행조사。결과：본조80례환자출현기억장애39례，기억장애발생솔48.75%，무기억장애41례，기억장애환자여성별、년령차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，여문화정도，특별시학력월저출현적비례월고，여용약량차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：병박분마취환자회출현단기기억장애，구기원인주요여환자용약량화문화정도유밀절적관계。
Objective:To investigate the influence of propofol anesthesia on short-term memory of patients.Methods:80 patients with painless gastroscopy and enteroscopy were selected from June 2013 to November 2014.We investigated the events they had experienced.Results:Among those 80 patients,there were 39 cases appeared memory disorders,and the incidence of memory disorders was 48.75% ,therefore,41 cases without memory disorders,the differences in gender and age had no statistically significant between patients with or without memory disorders(P>0.05).Memory disorder related to the degree of culture,the lower the education level,the higher the proportion of memory disorder,and memory disorder also had relationship with dosage(P<0.05). Conclusion:Propofol anesthesia can lead to short-term memory impairment.It correlated with the dosage and the culture degree of patients.
