目的：探讨胸腔内留置中心静脉导管并高聚金葡素、白介素-Ⅱ加顺铂联合灌注化疗控制恶性胸水的疗效。方法：收治恶性胸水患者56例，给予高聚金葡素、白介素-Ⅱ加顺铂联合灌注化疗，观察治疗效果。结果：治疗后，控制恶性胸水总有效率85.71%，生活质量总改善率91.07%，其血细胞、肌酐及谷丙转氨酶情况较灌注前差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：胸腔内留置中心静脉导管并高聚金葡素、白介素-Ⅱ加顺铂联合灌注化疗控制恶性胸水疗效好，操作简便，患者痛苦小，不良反应少。

목적：탐토흉강내류치중심정맥도관병고취금포소、백개소-Ⅱ가순박연합관주화료공제악성흉수적료효。방법：수치악성흉수환자56례，급여고취금포소、백개소-Ⅱ가순박연합관주화료，관찰치료효과。결과：치료후，공제악성흉수총유효솔85.71%，생활질량총개선솔91.07%，기혈세포、기항급곡병전안매정황교관주전차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：흉강내류치중심정맥도관병고취금포소、백개소-Ⅱ가순박연합관주화료공제악성흉수료효호，조작간편，환자통고소，불량반응소。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of intrathoracic indwelling central venous catheter and high poly gold pt element,interleukin -II plus cisplatin joint perfusion chemotherapy in controling of malignant pleural effusion after breast cancer operation.Methods:56 patients with malignant pleural effusion were selected from October 2006 to October 2014.They were treated with high poly gold pt element,interleukin-II cisplatin joint perfusion chemotherapy,and then we observed the effect before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of malignant hydrothorax control was 85.71%,and the improvement rate of life quality was 91.07% ,and there were no significant change in blood cells,creatinine,and alanine transaminase before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The methods of the intrathoracic indwelling central venous catheter and high poly gold pt element,interleukin-II cisplatin joint perfusion chemotherapy in the malignant hydrothorax controling has good curative effect.This operation is convenient.It has little pain and less adverse reaction.
