目的：探讨分化型甲状腺恶性肿瘤不同手术方式治疗的临床治疗效果，为以后的临床治疗提供依据。方法：2013年10月-2014年10月收治分化型甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者140例，将其随机分为对照组和试验组各70例。对照组进行甲状腺全切除术，试验组进行侧腺叶、峡部加对侧次全切除术。观察两组患者的疗效。结果：对照组术后无一例复发，出现继发性出血和低血钙的概率与试验组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；试验组有2例复发，双侧喉返神经损伤的概率比对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：手术是治疗分化型甲状腺恶性肿瘤的主要方式，根据患者的实际病情选择适宜的手术方式进行治疗，可获得较好的疗效。
목적：탐토분화형갑상선악성종류불동수술방식치료적림상치료효과，위이후적림상치료제공의거。방법：2013년10월-2014년10월수치분화형갑상선악성종류환자140례，장기수궤분위대조조화시험조각70례。대조조진행갑상선전절제술，시험조진행측선협、협부가대측차전절제술。관찰량조환자적료효。결과：대조조술후무일례복발，출현계발성출혈화저혈개적개솔여시험조상비차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；시험조유2례복발，쌍측후반신경손상적개솔비대조조저，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：수술시치료분화형갑상선악성종류적주요방식，근거환자적실제병정선택괄의적수술방식진행치료，가획득교호적료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of different operation mode on differentiated thyroid malignant tumor,in order to provide a basis for future clinical treatment.Methods:140 patients with differentiated thyroid malignant tumor were selected from October 2013 to October 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 70 cases in each.Patients in the control group taken total thyroidectomy,while the experimental group were given side lobe, isthmus plus contralateral subtotal thyroidectomy,then we observated the curative effect between two groups of patients.Results:In the control group,there was no one recurrence after operation,and the differences in secondary bleeding and hypocalcemia probability had no statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).In the experimental group there were 2 cases recurrenced,and the probability of bilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve injury was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation is the main way of differentiated thyroid malignant tumor treatment.Choose suitable operation mode according to the actual condition of patients can get a good effect.
