目的：观察大黄芒硝二花治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的方法和效果。方法：应用大黄、芒硝、二花中药药粉外敷腹部伤口30例，与生理盐水、盐酸依沙吖啶纱条换药30例进行比较分析。结果：两组切口愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：大黄芒硝二花治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化是简便有效的好方法，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰대황망초이화치료부궁산술후절구지방액화적방법화효과。방법：응용대황、망초、이화중약약분외부복부상구30례，여생리염수、염산의사아정사조환약30례진행비교분석。결과：량조절구유합시간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：대황망초이화치료부궁산술후절구지방액화시간편유효적호방법，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the curative effect and methods of rhubarb mirabilite and honeysuckle in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction after caesarean section.Methods:30 cases with abdominal wound treated by rhubarb,mirabilite and honeysuckle powder for external application were compared and analyzed with another 30 cases treated by normal saline and hydrochloric ethacridine gauze.Results:The wound healing time of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:Rhubarb mirabilite and honeysuckle in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction after caesarean section is a simple and effective good method,worthy of clinical application.
