目的：探讨膈下逐瘀汤加味治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效。方法：2012年1月-2014年10月收治气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片和替硝唑片，观察组给予膈下逐瘀汤加味口服，对比两组的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分以及不良反应。结果：观察组的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分以及不良反应情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：膈下逐瘀汤加味治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎疗效确切，能有效改善患者的临床症状，且无不良反应等优点，值得临床借鉴。
목적：탐토격하축어탕가미치료기체혈어형만성분강염림상료효。방법：2012년1월-2014년10월수치기체혈어형만성분강염환자120례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조60례。대조조급여좌양불사성편화체초서편，관찰조급여격하축어탕가미구복，대비량조적림상료효、치료전후증상적분이급불량반응。결과：관찰조적림상료효、치료전후증상적분이급불량반응정황명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：격하축어탕가미치료기체혈어형만성분강염료효학절，능유효개선환자적림상증상，차무불량반응등우점，치득림상차감。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of gexiazhuyu decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods:120 cases of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory from January 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were given levofloxacin and tinidazole pills,and the observation group were given gexiazhuyu decoction.The clinical curative effect,symptom scores before and after the treatment,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect,symptom scores before and after the treatment,and adverse reactions of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Gexiazhuyu decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory had curative effect and could improve the patient's clinical symptoms effectively and no adverse reaction,which was worthy of clinical reference.
