目的：观察调神通络针法结合中药活血调神解郁汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床疗效。方法：选取脑卒中后抑郁患者50例，以调神通络针法、中药活血调神解郁汤相结合治疗，治疗4周后观察疗效。结果：50例中，治愈26例(52%)，显效12例(24%)，有效10例(20%)，无效2例(4%)，有效率96%。结论：调神通络针法结合中药活血调神解郁汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效满意。
目的：觀察調神通絡針法結閤中藥活血調神解鬱湯治療腦卒中後抑鬱臨床療效。方法：選取腦卒中後抑鬱患者50例，以調神通絡針法、中藥活血調神解鬱湯相結閤治療，治療4週後觀察療效。結果：50例中，治愈26例(52%)，顯效12例(24%)，有效10例(20%)，無效2例(4%)，有效率96%。結論：調神通絡針法結閤中藥活血調神解鬱湯治療腦卒中後抑鬱療效滿意。
목적：관찰조신통락침법결합중약활혈조신해욱탕치료뇌졸중후억욱림상료효。방법：선취뇌졸중후억욱환자50례，이조신통락침법、중약활혈조신해욱탕상결합치료，치료4주후관찰료효。결과：50례중，치유26례(52%)，현효12례(24%)，유효10례(20%)，무효2례(4%)，유효솔96%。결론：조신통락침법결합중약활혈조신해욱탕치료뇌졸중후억욱료효만의。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tiaoshen tongluo needling combined with tiaoshenjieyu soup in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:50 patients with post-stroke depression were treated tiaoshen tongluo needling combined with tiaoshenjieyu soup.The curative effect were observed after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:Among 50 cases of patients,26 cases(52% ) were cured,12 cases(24% ) were markedly improved,10 cases were effective(20% ),2 cases(4% ) were invalid and the effective rate was 96%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of tiaoshen tongluo needling combined with tiaoshenjieyu soup in the treatment of post-stroke depression was satisfactory.
